GOLDEN DETOX TEA

pour 1 cup of milk or water in a sauce pan

add 1 tsp of goodmill detox mix to it 

bring to a boil 

sweeten with honey to taste

sieve the mixture to remove any residue 

pour into your mug

pour 1 cup of milk or water into a blender

add1/2 or 1 tsp of goodmills golden detox mix,

chopped fruit(fresh or frozen), chia seeds, flaxseeds

1 tbsp nut butter

a few ice cubes

and blend till you reach a smooth consistency

pour into your glass and garnish with fresh fruits
